Refund & Return Policy

At ZANO, we follow standard U.S. refund and consumer protection guidelines to ensure a fair shopping experience for all customers. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

Please note:

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Items marked as “clearance,” “promotion,” or discounted at checkout are also non-refundable.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain personal items may also be non-returnable if specified on the product page.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a refund if necessary.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for full-priced items only. Sale items cannot be exchanged.
